With hundreds of custom homes, townhomes, remodels, renovations, and commercial projects successfully completed, it’s still the same principle upon which we base each building decision today.
RCB is owned and operated by a small team that is involved in all day to day activities and decisions. We understand building a custom home can be a daunting task so we work tirelessly to understand a clients vision and formulate a clear and concise plan. Budgets, timelines, and expectations are discussed in depth to eliminate concerns and minimize unknowns.
RCB maintains our offices and a private design studio with an on-staff design coordinator at our Winter Garden location. Our team of dedicated professionals work to turn your dream in to a reality. Attention to detail in this phase helps us refine your budget, align expectations, and eliminate unnecessary stress. We have an extensive selection of existing home plans to reference when a client wants to design a home.

She works directly with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors on all RCB projects. She maintains RCB’s on-site design studio by continuously updating samples and keeping track of the newest design trends.

Mr. Woods is a civil engineer, certified general contractor, and a LEED Accredited Professional with a background in both the engineering and construction fields. He has over 30 years of experience in the areas of civil and environmental engineering, construction, and project management primarily focusing on large-scale design/build projects. Mr. Woods is a licensed general contractor in multiple states and hold numerous industry-specific certifications. Mr. Woods is responsible for overall management of all RCB projects including; financial tracking, schedules, health & safety, and quality control.

Mr. Herlihy is a certified general contractor with over 30 years’ experience in construction, real estate development, and business operations and finance. Mr. Herlihy founded RCB Homes in 1994 and has been responsible for overall management of the company and the construction of hundreds of custom homes since that time. In addition, Mr. Herlihy is the managing partner in two land development companies as well as the owner/operator of a self-storage facility and RV resort campgrounds. Mr. Herlihy specializes in the analysis of financial metrics to support construction, development, and operations.
