We have the capabilities to work with large and small customers, while giving each the highest level of personalized attention and service.
RCB has been the owner and developer on a variety of projects including residential, commercial office, and industrial. Performing this role has allowed us to understand any project from an “owners” perspective. RCB evaluates all aspects of a project to determine the best end use thereby yielding the greatest economic return.

We offer custom design-build services to help clients with the planning, development, and construction of their dream home. We always seek out the best craftsmanship at the best price. Ensuring the quality of construction in our homes begins and ends with RCB owners and supervisory staff. Ownership is involved in all day to day activities and decisions. Supervisors manage only a limited number of homes and our subcontractors are only hired if they provide proven quality at a good price and take pride in their work. Many of our tradesman work primarily for RCB which has allowed us to develop a close and trusting relationship ensuring quality and efficiency.
“Green” Construction
RCB has on-staff professionals certified in green building standards such as LEED. In addition to building LEED certified homes RCB has built dozens of “Energy Star” certified homes. This means each home has met strict energy efficiency guidelines set by the U.S Environmental Protection Agency. RCB’s vast experience in energy efficient and green construction allows clients to affordably pursue these advanced building methods.
